Conferencia Panamericana de Mujeres. Baltimore, Maryland, 20-30 de Abril, 1922

Esta Conferencia, convocada por la National League of Women Voters de los Estados Unidos de América, no tenía carácter oficial.

Países representados: Estuvieron representadas todas las Repúblicas americanas menos El Salvador. El Canadá, Inglaterra, las Filipinas y Puerto Rico también mandaron representantes a la reunión.

La Conferencia creó la Asociación Panamericana Permanente para el Progreso Femenil, conocida subsecuentemente con el nombre de “Unión Interamericana de Mujeres,” organización que ya no funciona. Además, se discutieron durante las sesiones varios temas, inclusive los siguientes: bienestar del niño; igualdad jurídica y política de los sexos; horas de trabajo; condiciones de la vida.
